Fundamentals Class
Never done Crossfit before? No problem We love beginners!! Been out of the game for sometime? Come see if Crossfit is for you.
Before joining Kerosene, all new clients are required to complete our Fundamentals program (unless you have previous crossfit experience).
Boot Camp Class
No machines. High Energy. Group Training. Guaranteed Results.
We combine weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. You will burn more calories and increase your lean muscle mass, which in turn will raise your resting metabolic rate.
